I came in on Saturday you might remember - and cleared you out of your Brocolli and Barkham Blue cheese for a dinner party I was going to??
I just wanted to tell you the soup went down a storm – it was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Beautifully balanced and the Barkham Blue was more subtle than a Stilton would be as you said it would.
I also had some shin of beef from you which I cooked yesterday, melt in the mouth – perfect thank you.

The turkey was everything that we hoped that it would be and I just wanted to thank you so much.
We couldn't believe that we wouldn't have to get up at the crack of dawn to put the bird in the oven for hours and hours, and have never cooked a turkey upside down!! However, we followed the instructions to the letter and have never eaten a tastier bird.

We spent about 20mins outside with your turkeys and it was clear to see that they were happy. This is so important to me and even more so to pass this on to my children. They loved seeing the pigs and it was good for them to realise that actually pigs DON'T SMELL!!!!

I think for Christmas lunch it has to be turkey, furthermore, this turkey has to be a bronze, the KellyBronze is the best bird you can buy, a good turkey reared well, is what makes all the difference.

What a Christmas-and what a bird! Now I know what Delia's been on about all these years-the turkey was fantastic. Thank you so much.We saw the New Year in with Delia and Micheal in Suffolk and they served Kelly Turkey dripping on toast the morning after.I think you should market it as a great hangover cure! I'm now a Kelly convert and will make sure I get my order in on time next year.
