Here at Springfields Farm we Breed & Rear all our pigs in natural surroundings allowing them to roam and root were ever they want.
All our pigs are rare breeds which take longer to grow to maturity, causing the meat to be more succulent and tastier than any other.
The breeds we have are: Middle Whites, Saddlebacks, Pietrain & Berkshire all crossed with the welsh, we have found that this cross gives just the right amount of fat & still keeps all the good flavour.
At night time they have their own huts to sleep in and can cuddle up together in the straw to keep warm.
