Home Made Pie's
All our pie's are made with our own fresh meat reared on the Farm, I make the hot water crust pastry, the fillings from pork shoulder meat,home made sausage meat, seasoning & home made geletine then the pies are carefully put together to give you the best local & fresh produce.
We did lot's of experimenting for a few weeks with the recipe to our
pork pie to finally reach this high quality.( I must thank all my customers for helping in the tasting of this.) The gelitine is made from the pigs trotters and this gives a fantastic flavour to the whole pie, an experience well worth trying.
